When will I receive my order?

All £10 orders will be delivered within five working days. The £19 orders will be delivered within three working days. Please note:  Orders placed on or after 23 December will be despatched on 4 January.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, you will be able to check on its progress. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail and a reference number which is specific to your order. You will be able to track the progress of your order by visiting www.hdnl.co.uk and entering your reference number in the ‘Track and Trace’ section on the home page.

How much is post & packing?

There is no additional charge for post and packing. It is included in the £10 and £19 price options.

What courier do you use?

We use the Home Delivery Network, the UK's largest dedicated home delivery and collection service.

How do I cook the sauces?

You’ll find easy to follow cooking instructions on the back of each pack. You simply add the sauce to the pre-cooked meat, fish or vegetables and stir until the flavours are blended and all of the ingredients are cooked thoroughly.

How do I cook the rice?

You can microwave the rice or cook it on the hob. Clear cooking instructions are featured on the back of packs.
